PrimeCare is registered and inspected by the national regulating body for the social care sector, the Regulation Quality Improvement Authority. RQIA is the independent body responsible for monitoring and inspecting the availability and quality of health and social care services in Northern Ireland and encouraging improvements in the quality of those services.
All of Prime Care staff are Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC) registered within 6 months of employment. Staff are committed to following Prime Care values for each individual.
